For the first time at Hazardex 2017 in Runcorn Argon will be demonstrating PlumeSIM-SMART, a new innovative solution to managing and mitigating the consequences of  offsite releases. PlumeSIM-SMART enables chemical and radiological releases to be simulated permitting monitoring teams, management and emergency responders to train, test and verify their offsite emergency response plans to ensure compliance with COMAH regulations and SEVESO directives. 

We’ve just returned from our trip to the 11th International Symposium on Protection against Chemical & Biological Warfare Agents in Sweden, which took place on the 3rd-5th June. The exhibition brought together CBRN experts and officials from all around the world and highlighted some of the outstanding products and services available to aid CBRN detection, training and combat threats. Word leader in CBRN and HazMat training equipment, Argon Electronics will be showcasing its latest simulators at CBRN First Response, 11-12 February 2014 in Leicester. Argon’s depth of expertise in providing advanced equipment to national response teams across the globe will help attendees to fully understand the issues surrounding training and simulation for CBRN/HazMat response – a theme which is key focus of this event.

Argon Electronics is exhibiting at Defexpo India between 6^th and 9^th February 2014, demonstrating its on-going commitment to assisting India in the implementation and procurement of its CBRNe response capability. Defexpo India 2014, which this year takes place at Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, is coordinated by the Defence Exhibition Organisation, an agency that forms part of India’s Ministry of Defence.

Argon Electronics will be demonstrating its superb range of CBRN / HazMat training simulators at I/ITSEC Orlando, Florida (December 2nd–5^th) and showing delegates how they enhance both the quality and safety of CBRN training. Among the innovations on show will be PlumeSIM®, Argon’s wide area CBRN / HazMat field exercise and table training software. PlumeSIM® enables instructors to configure simulated chemical and radiological releases, producing virtual dispersal plumes and hot spots that can be set up quickly and safely for trainees to detect.

Argon Electronics and INFICON will launch HAPSIM-P^™, a training simulator probe for HAPSITE GC/MS Chemical Identification System at the 6^th Annual CBRN Convergence in San Diego, USA.

Argon will be demonstrating how its extensive range of CBRN response simulators enhance the quality and efficiency of CBRN response training at the XVIth International CBRN Symposium.
