Formerly a full time US Army National Guard Captain and continuing in this role on a part time basis, Rory has more than 14 years of leadership and experience in Military CBRN and Hazardous Materials operations.
Having served as the Operations Officer for California’s 95th Civil Support Team, Rory developed a love for CBRN and quickly sought out to engage the HazMat communities across California where he planned, coordinated, and lead monthly full-scale exercises in coordination with many federal, state, and local agencies.

Felipe originally studied Industrial Engineering at the leading South American University, Los Andes, in Colombia, before obtaining a Distinction MBA from the Hult International Business School in London.
With over ten years assuming commercial leadership roles and previously working as Head of Sales in the body armour industry, he was exposed to sectors such as Police, Military, Emergency Services and Government Agencies.
He has experience with customers based in Europe, the Middle East, and South America and is fluent in English and Spanish with intermediate Italian.
