You can use the Ludlum 133-6 radiation simulator probe  with any 133-6 probe compatible Ludlum meter.

 

This powerful combination provides you with a training capability that is extremely close to using the actual Ludlum meter and 133-6 detector probe and live sources but without the difficulties associated with regulatory controls and administration. 

 

Powered by the Argon battery power pack which uses readily available commercial batteries, operational life is typically 160 hours. Inverse square law response is extremely realistic; even the effect of user body shielding to determine source position is realistically simulated enabling you to ensure survey teams understand what to do when that emergency comes.

High impact radiation training

Response speed and characteristics are very similar to the real probe permitting realistic source search/find training to be provided.

Simulated delivered sensitivity enables the 133-6 Simulator probe to detect the RadSIM-GS4 simulation Gamma/Neutron source at a free space distance of typically 200 feet (60 metres) distance line of sight. Our powerful Radsim source App enables you to set a wide range of simulated source activity.
