Argon Electronics’ successful start to 2013 looks set to continue as the company has received a Commended Entrant Award for its innovative CBRN simulation system, PlumeSIM, at the Counter Terror Expo Excellence awards.

PlumeSIM brings great ease to the planning of CBRN/HazMat emergency training exercises. It is a wide area field exercise and table training system and allows an instructor to plan complex CBRN and HazMat training scenarios. The system provides trainers with great flexibility in the planning of exercises and can be used as starter training for CBRN detection all the way through to refresher training for experienced professionals.

“The response since unveiling PlumeSIM last year has been extremely positive.  We are delighted that the product has been recognised within the best CBRN detection award category.  To be nominated alongside some fantastic entrants and organisations is a testament to the hard work we put into delivering a unique CBRN simulation training product,” said Steven Pike, Managing Director, Argon Electronics.
