Felipe Arrighi

Felipe Arrighi joined Argon Electronics in June 2024 and serves as Director of Business Development, leading the company's global commercial strategy and international business development activities.
With over 10 years of experience in international business development, including more than four years supporting the defence and security sector, Felipe has developed extensive expertise in CBRN training and simulation. He works closely with defence organisations, government agencies, emergency services and industry partners to enhance operational preparedness through advanced training solutions.
He is responsible for defining and executing Argon's business development strategy, identifying new market opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and leading the company's global network of representatives and partners. His role also includes strengthening long-term customer relationships, expanding Argon's international presence, and fostering collaboration with defence, civil protection and security organisations worldwide.
Felipe holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Hult International Business School in London. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has intermediate proficiency in Italian.
Gregg Lisicki

Gregg Lisicki is a seasoned defense professional with more than 25 years of combined military and industry experience supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and national security community.
Gregg proudly served for 12 years in the U.S. Navy as a Deep Sea Diver, specializing in dive salvage operations and underwater photography. His military career provided extensive operational experience in high-risk environments, mission planning, technical diving, and support of complex maritime operations around the world.
Following his military service, Gregg earned his degree from Penn State University using the Post-9/11 GI Bill before transitioning into the Department of Defense CBRN operational equipment industry. Over the past 15 years, he has worked closely with military organizations, federal agencies, and emergency response teams to deliver advanced decontamination, protection, and detection solutions. His expertise includes supporting military modernization initiatives, developing strategic customer relationships, managing operational requirements, and assisting organizations in integrating mission-critical equipment into real-world operations.
He lives with his wife and their two children in the Philadelphia region (Go Birds!) and remains dedicated to supporting those who serve on the front lines of national defense and public safety.
Hoyt Hughes

Hoyt Hughes is an experienced business development and sales leader with more than 20 years of experience driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strategic partnerships across the defense, public safety, homeland security, and industrial sectors.
Prior to Argon, Hoyt held leadership positions with Ansell Protective Solutions, Trelleborg-Viking, Strategic Response Initiatives, and Versar, where he built high-performing sales organizations, launched innovative safety products, secured multimillion-dollar government contracts, and expanded business with the U.S. Department of Defense, FEMA, and major metropolitan police and fire departments.
Career responsibilities have included developing new product strategies and successful market launches, integrating acquisitions, and generating sustained revenue growth across multiple product lines.
At Argon, Hoyt specializes in developing and executing growth strategies supporting state and local governments and industrial customers across North America.
